What actually fits inside?
A full 24-can case with ice, or a mixed load of bottles, cans, food, and ice packs. The main compartment is one big insulated well, so you pack it the way you want.
Is it really leakproof?
Yes. The liner is one fully sealed TPU compartment rather than stitched fabric, so there are no sewn seams for meltwater to escape through. The liner is covered under the lifetime warranty.
How long does it keep drinks cold?
It is fully insulated and built to keep drinks ice-cold all day. Start with chilled drinks and use ice or ice packs for best results.
Is it comfortable fully loaded?
A full case plus ice comes in around 25 pounds, real weight, carried the right way. Padded shoulder straps and a padded back panel spread the load like a proper backpack instead of a one-hand cooler carry. Pack lighter for longer walks.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the sealed liner with warm soapy water and leave the bag open to air dry. No machine washing. The liner is one sealed compartment, so there are no seams for water to hide in.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
